You Agree That:

• The collateral(s) as seen in the photo you sent to our Official WhatsApp and verified by our partners is yours.
• The owner has authorized you to sell/pawn it and it is not currently used as a collateral or under any existing money lending/legal agreement.
• Your repayment shall be made on or before 12Noon on the day of expiration as stated on this document.
• You grant us complete ownership of your collateral IF you fail to make your repayment as at when due.
• All Mobile collaterals like Phones, iPads etc. must be signed out of cloud and password removed before handing over.
• You will pay a fee of ₦3,000/₦5,000 for collateral handling.
• All repayments must be made to the account bearing the name: Zeus Oar Limited or DEI-OTEME LIMITED which Obaraibi will send to you and none other.
• The receiving account must be the same as your legal name on this document.
